Policy Information

If you insure your house for 100% of replacement cost, we guarantee the replacement of your house in the case of a total loss. (House must qualify for plan)

Your contents are automatically covered for up to 75% of the insured value of your home.

Personal liability protects you and your family from lawsuits resulting from activity on your property, or the personal activity of the insured members of the household.

Medical Payments cover the medical bills of visitors injured on your property, regardless of fault.

If you are unable to live in your house as the result of a covered loss, we will pay the expense for your temporary housing, up to 20% of the insured value of your home.

Any private structures on your property (above ground pools, detached garage, tool shed, etc.) are automatically covered, up to 10% of the insured value of your home. Additional coverage is also available for private structures.
